How do you plan out your weekly expenses?

I feel very suffocated by the bill pile up. I don't know anything about money management. What have some of you done?

I think if you don't know how to manage the finance or your personal budget then you must take the help of your family members or your mom and dad.They are more experienced than you,they can teach you better how to manage the accounts.

Yeah i also think that you can learn from your elders for managing your personal finance.You must control your expenses.
